In Taiwan
In everyday Taiwan speech, one's schedule or plans — 明天有行程 means "I'm busy tomorrow", with no travel implied. Broader than the dictionary sense of itinerary.
Example
我明天有行程，沒辦法去。
wǒ míngtiān yǒu xíngchéng méibànfǎ qù
I've got things on tomorrow, I can't make it.
